We recruit, highly motivated, self-driven young women between the ages of 19-24 from underserved communities.
We employ project-based learning and are committed to providing a solid technical skills training foundation.
There is a huge emphasis on the leadership of self and others, we want to ensure that we build up their interpersonal skills, critical skills, creative skills, and leadership skills.
The students also spend 1 month in out of class community service to encourage and build a spirit of giving back to the community.
